Case Study:
In 2000, a company in Central Illinois has a 24' diameter x 40' tall carbon steel tank that contains fatty acids at 200F. The tank had leaked and they had a contractor go inside and line the tank with Stainless Steel. The Stainless Steel cladding leaked as well. The company contacted us and requested a solution. We conducted extensive research and provided them with a quick-curing, 100% solids, ultra-thick build coating which sealed the leaks within the tank and has provided continuous protection from corrosion.
